Internet orders may be paid for using the following methods; Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal. In addition to credit cards you may pay with a cashier's check or money order. Cash is not accepted as a payment option for internet purchases.
SHIPPING
Most orders received before 2:00 PM Central Time, Tuesday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or on a holiday will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. Willoughby Music is Unable to ship any NEW PRODUCTS LISTED ON THIS SITE Internationally at this time. We may ship USED, BLEM, OR DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS to International buyes. TAXES
If applicable, a seperate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice. We are required to collect tax on all orders shipped within the state of Kansas.
LIMITED WARRANTY
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.
RETURN POLICY
Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be returned within 10 days of the shippment date.

All returns must include a Return Authorization Number, must be in the original packaging complete with all collateral materials such as cases, straps, cables, care kits, certificate of authenticity, warranty cards and any other materials that originally shipped with the instrument, including any free items such as t-shirts, strings, straps or cables. All returned items must be in the same condidtion as time of purchase, showing no signs of wear or use such as pick scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes, otherwise the item will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Demo models, sales items, discontinued mechandise, Discounted Merchandise, blem items and floor samples are not included in this policy and are not refundable or returnable. The following items are returnable only if defective or unopened/unused; strings, reeds, software/soundware, tubes, harmonicas, drumheads, drumsticks, DVD's, cleaners, polish, polishing cloths and clothing items. If defective these items will only be exchanged for the same product. Customer is required to pay all shipping charges except in the instance of product damage due to shipping. Any claim filed for damaged merchandise will require the original shipping carton and all original packing material. Claims for damage must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
Stringed instruments priced at $1199.00 or more must be returned within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Returns not meeting these requirements may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned items.
